These terms apply to your use of realtimetradersbrisbane.au, operated by REAL TIME TRADERS PTY LTD (ABN 54 642 170 438), Brisbane, Queensland ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. Please also read our Privacy policy and Refund & cancellation policy.
Accounts
You must give accurate details when you create an account and keep them up to date. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Listings, jobs and other content
You are responsible for anything you post, including marketplace listings and job posts. It must be accurate, lawful and yours to post, and any item you list must be yours to sell. You give us permission to display your content on the site so it can do its job. We may remove content at any time.
Prohibited content and conduct
- Illegal, stolen, counterfeit, unsafe or recalled goods or services.
- False, misleading or deceptive content, scams or spam.
- Offensive, abusive, discriminatory or harassing content.
- Content that infringes someone else's rights, including copyright and privacy.
- Trying to interfere with, hack or misuse the site or other users' accounts.
Private sales between users
The marketplace lets users connect with each other. We are not a party to private sales or arrangements between users, and we do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality or description of items or the conduct of users. Any deal is between the buyer and the seller.
Hire bookings
Hire bookings are subject to the hire terms shown at booking and our Refund & cancellation policy.
Payments and saved cards
Payments are processed by Stripe. You can save a card to your account; saving a card does not charge it, and we will tell you the price before any charge. You can remove a saved card from your account page at any time. Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & cancellation policy.
Liability
We provide the site "as is" and do not promise it will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, including the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from dealings between users.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
