No. Anyone can browse the marketplace, jobs and hire range without an account. To post a job you only need a free account (a connection fee applies when you accept a quote). To buy or sell you need Basic ($4.99/month), and to quote on jobs Bronze or higher.

A free account lets you post jobs (up to 5 open at a time) and pay a connection fee per assigned job. Basic adds buying, selling (10 active listings) and waives the job connection fee. Bronze adds quoting on jobs and tenders (20 quotes a month), 30 listings and unlimited open jobs. Silver adds 60 quotes, 100 listings, 2 featured listings a month, a verified badge, hire priority and 5% off hire. Gold adds unlimited quotes and listings (fair use), 10 featured listings, a business profile, analytics, 10% off hire, priority support and up to 5 team users. See the comparison table. Introductory pricing, in AUD: browsing and a free account cost nothing (free accounts pay a connection fee per assigned job). Basic is $4.99/month, Bronze $19.99/month, Silver $39.99/month and Gold $79.99/month. Pay yearly and get 2 months free ($49.90, $199.90, $399.90 or $799.90 a year). Pricing and features may change.

Post a job with a title, category, suburb, budget and description. Workers send quotes (tenders), you compare them and choose who does the work. You only need a free account to post. A connection fee applies when you accept a quote unless you're a paid member, and the worker you choose pays a service fee on the job. Online posting, payments and dispute handling will be explained here when accounts launch.

Two fees, and only once a quote is accepted. Posters on a free account pay a one-off connection fee of $9.95 to $59.95 (based on the accepted quote price). It's waived for paid members (Basic and up). Workers pay a service fee of 12.5% to 20% of the job price on jobs they win, deducted when they're paid. See job fees.

It depends on your fee level, which is based on what you've earned in the last 30 days and your completion rate over your last 20 assigned jobs. Level 1 (under $880) pays 20%, Level 2 ($880+) 18.5%, Level 3 ($2,650+) 14.9% and Level 4 ($5,300+) 12.5% of the job price. If you don't win a job, you don't pay.

No. Buying and selling in the marketplace and hiring equipment have no extra fees beyond your membership. Hire is priced on request.

Yes, with Bronze membership or higher (from $19.99/month, 20 quotes a month). Build a profile, browse jobs by category and suburb, and send quotes. Quoting goes live when accounts launch.

Paid memberships aren't live yet, so nobody can be charged. Monthly plans will renew each month and annual plans each year. Full cancellation and refund terms will be published before memberships launch.

Yes. When accounts launch, members can list items to sell, or give goods away to someone in the community through Donated items.
